• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Return & Refund Policy

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perishable and fresh grocery items cannot be returned.

• Non-perishable items may be eligible for returns within 1-3 Working Days if unopened and in their original condition.

• Refunds are processed within 2-3 Working Days after approval.
